Tocnik and Zebrak are the ruins of two castles very close to each other. Zebrak was built in the second half of 13
th century by Busics. In the year 1336 the castle became the property of the King. Karel IV. rebuilt it completely into a majestic residence. Zebrak was a favourite castle of Karel's son Vaclav IV. even when he let a new castle near Zebrak - Tocnik be built. That's the reason for their very close location. Zebrak changed its owner during the Hussite wars who owned Tocnik as well. Owners were more interested in much bigger Tocnik and Zebrak started its journey to ruin.
