Rozkos dam is located between the flat country of east Bohemia and the highlands around Nachod, on the northbank of Rozkos dam near Ceska Skalice.
In the town, Ceska Skalice there is the Museum of Bozena Nemcova, which is aimed at life and work of the writer Bozena Nemcova. The first written record is already from 1407. This school was attended by Barunka Panklova in 1824-1830 too. The Renaissance Town Hall from 1566 with Modern Gothic modification from 1863. In the Jirinka-Hall concerts and other social undertakings for public are held. Exhibition from the history of textile production, samplering and traditional cotton production in the Eastern Bohemia can be found in the local textile museum, which is the only museum of its kind in the Czech Republic.
The area of the dam is 11 km2 and depth around 10 m. The area of the Autocamp is 170 000m2. Transport is accessible from the international road E67 (from Prague to Poland).
Autocamp is open all year round (non-stop). The accommodation capacity is 3500 people.
